What we collect
Your name, email, delivery address and phone when you order or create an account; what you ordered and when; and the delivery zone you pick, which we keep in a cookie so the header remembers it.
What we do with it
We use it to cut, pack and deliver your order, to show you your orders and to answer you when you write. Members' notes (no offal, bone in) are kept to build the monthly allocation.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not share your order history with anyone but the driver who needs your address for the day.
Cookies
Two are needed for the site to work: one for your basket and one for your sign in. A third remembers your delivery zone. There are no others.
Payments
Card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch our servers. We see only the last four digits.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and orders, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, as the California Consumer Privacy Act requires.
